Temporary-to-Hire Program
TPS makes a considerable investment in the recruiting and
selection of each of our employees through advertising,

When a company requests permanent employment of a TPS employee,
regardless of the position within the organization, the TPS
employee must acquire a minimum amount of working hours before
the individual can be hired. After that time period our employee
can easily transfer to your payroll.
